Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus is suspected of criminal battery after an alleged fight at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.

The supposed incident occurred at 1:15 a.m. Sunday and Miley's fiancé, Liam Hemsworth, was also involved.

According to GossipCop, an unidentified man claims he and his friends accidentally bumped into Hemsworth's chair which led to an angry conversation. Cyrus then tried to break up the fight, but "hit him in the face" before doing so.

But LAPD say they saw no visible injuries, while Beacher's club creator-host Jeff Beacher is on Cyrus' side, telling GossipCop, “Nothing happened" and the man is "making up a story."

Beacher adds, “He was harassing clients. We have a zero ‘douche bag’ policy.”

Miley Cyrus' Awful Appearance On 'Two And A Half Men' Gave The Show Its Highest Ratings This Season

13.6 million viewers tuned in to see Miley Cyrus' guest appearance last night on "Two and a Half" men.

The number was a 14 percent rise from last week's 11.4 million, making it the tenth season's highest-rated episode so far.

Cyrus played an irksome 19-year-old "southern chatterbox"–a description which sounds eerily similar to her earlier "Hannah Montana" character–who comes to visit Ashton Kutcher's character Walden.

Housemaid Bertha (Conchata Ferrell) described Cyrus' character as, "what you get when hillbillies have unprotected sex with hummingbirds."

Though none of CBS' clips really do what we're speaking of justice, the first minute of this clip with Miley will give you an idea of her character:

Yesterday, Miley Cyrus debuted her latest music video for her new single "We Can't Stop."

It's a catchy tune and we actually kind of like it, but the Diane Martel-directed, 3-minute video is a pretty big departure for Cyrus, a former Disney star.

There is no trace of "Hannah Montana" here, just a rebellious 20-year-old twerking, skinny dipping and grinding her groove thing all over the place in a teeny tiny leotard.

Cyrus' latest spiked-hair look isn't anything new to the over 12 million people who follow her photos on Twitter, but her latest music video isn't just racy for a Disney star  it's surprising for any 20-year-old.

The video is introduced with Miley cutting off an ankle monitor.

She then puts in her grill.

Miley Cyrus Wiz Khalifa funny face sticking tongue out

Miley Cyrus officially shed her teen queen Disney image this week when she released the raunchy new music video for her latest single, party anthem "We Can't Stop."

But apparently there was something else the 20-year-old former "Hannah Montana" star was going for, too: a "black" sound to the song.

Brothers Timothy and Theron Thomas — the songwriting and producing duo behind Cyrus' summer anthem — revealed to Vibe the singer told them "I want urban, I just want something that just feels Black.”

Timothy went on to explain, "When you listen to the Miley Cyrus record that we did, it's not ratchet but it definitely has a lot of urban feel to it."

The brothers also revealed that Cyrus was given the track after Rihanna passed. But it definitely has a Rihanna feel.

Nonetheless, party-loving Cyrus immediately clicked with the song and embraced it as her own. Theron says of her initial reaction to the track:

"They played it for Miley and she had just come from partying. She was like, 'I was just partying with my friends and everything you just said in this song I seen. I was looking at it from standing on a couch with my friends, just chilling in the cut and looking around the club like whoa...I’m hearing the song like that was my weekend. I have to do this song,' [she said] and then we just got connected from there."

Check out the raunchy music video for "We Can't Stop" and see if Cyrus accomplished her goal:

Miley Cyrus was a guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" last night and the 20-year-old singer gave some great insight into her tight friendship with 41-year-old rapper, Snoop Dogg.

"We're more alike than you would think," Cyrus told Kimmel. "We're very similar, he actually said that, too."

When Kimmel mentioned that Snoop Dogg is usually "so high he doesn't even know what his name is," Cyrus replied "Me too, so that's fine. We both are, that's why we get along so well."

Cyrus says the high-flying duo first met in the recording studio and then ending up doing a track together called "Ashtrays and Heartbreaks."

Miley Cyrus Twerking twitpucIt's no secret that Miley Cyrus likes to twerk.

For those unfamiliar with the the dance moves, Urban Dictionary describes "twerking" as:

"The act of moving/ shaking ones a--/buns/bottom/buttocks/bum-bum in a circular, up-and-down, and side-to-side motion. Basically a slutty dance. derived from strip clubs."

And 20-year-old Cyrus is actually pretty good at it — or at least we thought.

In Jay-Z's single "Somewhereinamerica" off his new album "Magna Carta Holy Grail," the rapper seemingly mocks Miley for her skills.

Here's the lyrics:

When I was talking Instagram/ Last thing you wanted was your picture snapped/ Feds still lurking/ They see I'm still putting work in/ Cause somewhereinamerica/ Miley Cyrus is still twerkin', ha!

Twerk, twerk, twerk, twerk/ Twerk, Miley, Miley, twerk/ Twerk, Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley, twerk/ Twerk, yeah, ugh-huh/ Twerk, Miley, Miley, Miley/ Only in America.

Listen below:

But whether Jay-Z is mocking or praising Cyrus, the singer has one definite fan in Nicki Minaj.

"I love her Twerking moments. That's what is is all about being an artist,"said Minaj. "She is so damn cute and down to earth. I really love her."

As for Cyrus, she says she's been working on her twerking for quite some time now.

"You can't really explain [twerking],"she told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show. "It's something that comes naturally … It's a lot of booty action. I've been practicing probably for the past two years, in my own time in my living room."

"I can't believe how many people think I'm good at twerking — which is dope, " Cyrus added. "Like my life goal has been accomplished."

Miley Cyrus: 'I Feel Like A Straight Dude'

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus may be engaged (at last check) to actor Liam Hemsworth, but the 20-year-old says “I feel like a straight dude.”

“You don’t even know what I’m rocking under this skirt," the singer joked to "Entertainment Tonight" when asked if she feels she has matured into a woman. "I feel like a straight man. I’m not even a dude, I’m a man.”

Acknowledging that she has changed a lot since her "Hannah Montana" days, Cyrus says, "I was always secretly kind of this person but I couldn't fully break out because I have to show respect to the people who gave me my life."

But, she says, "Once I left my show I didn't want anyone around who was going to to tell me the way that I was going to do things. I wanted to go make mistakes, be who I was going to be, have no one that I have to answer to and then I can just go make my record."

Cyrus adds that her new album is "Whatever I'm feeling. I'm a little bit schizo with my music."

Whatever she's doing, it worked. Cyrus' latest video "We Can't Stop" just beat Justin Bieber's record for most views in 24 hours on YouTube.

But as for those who aren't on board with Cyrus' new sound and image, she says "Haters keep me motivated. People who are jealous and hate on me make me want to do even better."

"There's girls who just want to be famous. I'm not one of those girls," adds Cyrus. "Because I work really hard to do what I do. Being famous seems like walking up and down L.A. hoping someone takes your picture."

Miley Cyrus claims she is still engaged to Liam Hemsworth, but that didn't stop the singer from making out with a midget dressed as a baby Wednesday night.

Cyrus went in for a sloppy smooch while partying at Beacher’s Madhouse — a Hollywood nightclub full of circus-like acts.

Perez Hilton snapped a pic of the hardcore make out session and posted it to his Twitter account, but it has since been removed.

Luckily, plenty of outlets were able to grab a screen shot of the frightening image:

29 Celebrities Who Inspired Hit Songs

Justin Bieber Selena GomezCelebrities tend to stick to their own kind.

With all that VIP partying and hobnobbing, it's no surprise that some stars have managed to influence others in very major ways.

Wondering who has inspired who? We've got answers—some of them surprising!

Miley Cyrus: "Wedding Bells"

Soon after Miley Cyrus announced her engagement to Liam Hemsworth in the summer of 2012, the Jonas Brothers unveiled a new song in concert: "Wedding Bells." The song, written by Cyrus' ex Nick Jonas, includes the line, "don't wanna hear the wedding bells prove / That we can't try / One last time." Miley later admitted she knew it was written about her.

Jennifer Aniston: "Shadow Days"

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer only made it through one awards season together, but the relationship left its mark. A source (probably Mayer's publicist) told UsWeekly the song "Shadow Days" was a "farewell" to Jen: "It really took him a long time to get over her. He really loved her a lot."

John Mayer: "Dear John"

Taylor Swift never confirmed that her song "Dear John" (which included the line "Don't you think I was too young / To be messed with?") was written about her rumored fling John Mayer, but he certainly thought it was. In 2012, he told Rolling Stone the song "humiliated" him, adding, "I will say as a songwriter that I think it's kind of cheap songwriting."
